A Novena to the Holy Ghost for Healing (Day 2)

But be thou, O my soul, subject to God: for from him is my patience. For he is my God and my saviour: he is my helper, I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: he is the God of my help, and my hope is in God. Trust in him, all ye congregation of people: pour out your hearts before him. God is our helper for ever.

Act of Consecration

Almighty and merciful Father, refuge and salvation of those who believe, I beg Thee to remember Thy daughter R-, to forgive her her sins and to heal her infirmities. O Holy Spirit, Giver of Life, I beg Thee to grant Thy gift of healing to my friend. I beg Thee, Holy Lord, to repair Thy temple her body, and to abide there, and to keep her safe from all shadow of darkness. O Blessed Savior, Lover of mankind, please save Thy handmaid quickly from her distress. Heal her, I beg Thee, as Thou healed the Canaanite's daughter and the centurion's servant, and let her give thanks to Thee in Thy church and bless Thy holy Name forever.
